I know it is way too early to be talking about Christmas but just thinking about it makes me squeal.  I will be showing you the ingredients for all four treats and then I'll move on to the preparation. The first treat is Hot Cocoa which is an all time favourite.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Hot Cocoa - First you have to get a mug that is microwavable then apply 3 tea-spoons of cocoa powder; pour 5 tea-spoons of mik and mix well. You should have a slimy-like consistency after mixing. After mixing, pour more milk and stir until there are no lumps in the mug. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. When it reaches 1 minute and 15 seconds, open your microwave and stir; when the minutes are done, put it in for as long as you need. Stir and you should have a frothy texture on the top of your drink. To top it off (if you want) you can grate candy canes or chocolate/flake on top to give your hot chocolate the extra Christmas spirit.
2. Chocolate Candy Cane Lolipops - First get a bowl and put it on top of your pot (make sure the fire is on so the pot is ready to boil the water quicker) then boil an appropiate amount of water into the pot when finished boiling and break your chocolate. But before you do this, make sure you have a baking tray with greaseproof pater on it! While this is happening, carefully cut you candy cane into a heart and the extra pieces you can eat or use as decoration. Carefully put the lollipop sticks in the middle of your two-peice candy cane hearts. After that pour your chocolate in the middle of the heart and cover your chocolate (if you want) with red and green sprinkles. Put it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
3. Rice Krispies' Squares - First pour out 50G of marshmallows and 10G of butter in a bowl and micorwave for 30-40 seconds; apply any food colouring you wish. Mix well and pour your rice krispies into the bowl. Carefully put your coloured rice onto a baking tray and put it in the fridge for 15-45minutes. When ready and out of the fridge, cut the coloured krispies into squares or any shape you want and if you want you can add any colourful hard candy such as M&M's or Smarties. Or even you cand add some gold or silver shimmer spray to give you the Christmas Vibe.
4. Sweet Chocolate Eclair's Vanilla Ice Cream - This is very easy and one of the tastiest treats. First get  a bowl and put it on top of your pot (make sure the fire is on so the pot is ready to boil the water quicker) then boil your kettle. When finished take out 2 whole handfuls of the chocolate eclair's and carefully melt them stir and take half a tea-spoon of butter and stir well. Take another bowl and fill it with vanilla ice cream, then, quickly mix it with the melted eclair's. Give it another mix and put it in ther freezer for as long as you need.
